My stay at the hotel had its highlights and a few drawbacks. The rooms were impressively spacious and clean, and the staff was exceptional in their friendliness and service. However, I was a bit disappointed with the dining options and the lack of a clear schedule for restaurant availability. Overall, it was a decent experience, but some improvements could be made, especially regarding dining and noise levels.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, close to the beach and right off 5th Avenue, making it convenient for shopping. The rooms were clean and had a nice view of the main lawn, although they were a bit noisy during the daytime due to nearby foam parties. The service was accommodating, especially with dietary needs, but it did feel limited. Overall, the dining options were surprisingly good, with a wide variety. I’d say it offers decent value for money, although I did feel a bit pressured at the Platinum desk.
